      • Establishment of an IT-controlled registration process for the participants (online registration)
      • Distribution of all information. Messe und Congress Centrum Halle Münsterland is the central information point
      • Establishment of an online payment platform (electronic direct debit and EC cash, as well as credit card payment)
      • Monitoring of the payment transactions up to and including the second reminder
      • Preparation, setting-up and responsibility for the central check-in (IT-controlled) via input terminals and for registration at the site, also barcode scanners to record participants
      • Preparation and distribution of participants' personal documents (production and dispatch)
      Exhibition Management:
      • Creation of a registration and order form
      • Carrying out and coordination of the stand services before and during the event
      • Creation and dispatch of invoice documents
      • Monitoring of the payment transactions up to and including the second reminder
      • Planning and design of the exhibition area

      Registration of Exhibition Visitors:
      • An online platform is provided for the pre-registration of visitors from specialist fields
      • Software is provided for registration at the site of visitors from specialist fields
      • Recording of visitor movements (admission and exit) via a barcode scanner
